At Young’s Turf Farms, we believe great lawns begin long before the sod ever reaches your yard. They begin in the field—with quality seed, careful growing practices, knowledgeable people, and a commitment to doing things right.

We are proud to be a trusted source for Turf Type Tall Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass sod, freshly cut to order each day. From a homeowner transforming their backyard to a contractor tackling a large-scale development, we take the same care in every order.

Over the years, we’ve grown far beyond supplying residential lawns. Young’s Turf Farms provides pickup and delivery, full-service installation, big roll sod for large-scale projects, athletic field and golf course installations, and custom growing services.

And while the equipment, technology, and way we grow our sod continue to evolve, one thing has never changed: our commitment to quality and the people we serve. We continually invest in our fields, equipment, technology, and team so that our customers receive the very best sod and service we can provide.

Our relationship with our customers is something we value deeply. Whether you come directly to the farm or get your fresh-cut Young’s sod through Peltz Sodding, our Metro Detroit depot, you can count on the same commitment to quality that has been at the heart of Young’s Turf Farms from the beginning.

From our fields to your field, we’re proud to grow something worth bringing home.

Young’s Turf Farms....where the grass is always greener.
